Adoption By Choice is a private, Christian, non-profit agency licensed by the state of Pennsylvania serving children, birth families and adoptive families. Our focus is to minister to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our clients in our ongoing effort to protect and enrich the lives of children and families.

Extensive counseling is provided to young women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. Each of these women is encouraged to explore adoption as a viable option if she is not able to parent at this time in her life. The birth mother who chooses to make an adoptive plan for her baby is given the opportunity to design the adoption to meet her needs. Direct placement allows the baby to go directly from the hospital to the home of the adopting family.
